Privacy Policy for NextPage
Effective July 23, 2026
NextPage does not require an account and does not send your books, images, documents, or annotations to Trunecek Editions. It does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
1. Information handled by the app
NextPage stores the books, pages, annotations, and app settings you create locally on your device. Images you select from Files or Photos are handled on your device for the action you request. NextPage does not transmit this content to Trunecek Editions.
2. Photos, files, exports, and sharing
Access to Photos and Files is controlled by Apple’s system interfaces and your choices. When you export or share a PDF or JPG, Apple’s system share controls and the destination you choose handle that file. The chosen service’s privacy practices apply after the file leaves NextPage.
3. One-time purchases
NextPage offers a one-time purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. It is not a subscription. Trunecek Editions does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple may provide developers with transaction, sales, diagnostic, and aggregate usage information under Apple’s policies.
4. Support communications
If you contact support, Trunecek Editions receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, app version, and description of the issue. It is used to respond to your request and meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Tracking and advertising
NextPage does not contain third-party advertising trackers, use information for behavioural advertising, or sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
Content and settings stored by the app remain on your device until you remove them using available app or device controls or delete the app. Support messages are kept only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if NextPage’s information practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
